Refund Policy

Our policy on consultation fees, prescription medications, subscription cancellations, and billing inquiries.

1. Telehealth Consultation Fees

Fees associated with provider review of your health intake are non-refundable once your intake has been submitted and assigned for clinical review. The review fee is charged at the time of submission to cover the cost of the licensed provider's evaluation, regardless of the outcome of that review.

If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, you will not be charged for any prescription or medication. The consultation review fee, however, remains non-refundable.

2. Prescription Medications

Once a prescription has been issued by a licensed provider and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy reflects federal and state pharmacy regulations governing the return of dispensed prescription and compounded medications.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or compromised shipment, contact us at support@prescrybe.health within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with our pharmacy partner to arrange a replacement where permitted by law.

3. Subscription Cancellation

If your treatment plan is structured as a recurring service, you may cancel at any time by contacting support@prescrybe.health. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Following cancellation, you retain access to any services included in your current billing cycle through its end date. No further charges will be processed after that date.

4. Medical Disqualification

If a licensed provider determines you are clinically ineligible to continue receiving services, any charges for services not yet rendered will be refunded. Refunds in this circumstance apply to the current billing cycle only and will not be issued for prior billing periods.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@prescrybe.health within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a correction or credit.

6. Insurance

PrescrYbe Health services are not covered by health insurance. All costs for provider review, prescriptions, and medications are the sole financial responsibility of the patient. We are unable to submit claims to insurance on your behalf.
